The Pancake Shop’s current owner is Keeley DeSalvo. Her parents, Tom and Ruth Ardman, purchased the business in 1966. Keeley joined her mother in running the restaurant in 1995.

Much of The Pancake Shop’s menu has stayed the same as it was in the days when 70 cents could buy an order of pancakes and ham. The prices, however, have changed with the times.
