Troy Johnson and Steve Ketchersid created Fresh Harvest in October 2012 and hand-picked Eureka Springs for their base. They have more than 60 oils or vinegars available on site for the public to taste. In June, they also opened The Spice Boat, a gourmet store and “sniffing room” for spices, next door.
