Dorothy Hall is the Food and Dining Director at Morningside of Springdale, an assisted-living facility where she finds joy in offering the simple pleasure of a delicious meal to an audience whose days are waning. When she is not cooking for work, she is cooking with friends and family, reading about cooking, writing about cooking, and taking excessive pictures of cooking. Her toughest audience is two mud-covered little boys, who are as particular as they are energetic. It’s a good life, which she balances with plenty of whiskey and yoga.
